Meet the Panelist:
Representative Erin Healy
Representative Healy serves in the South Dakota State House of Representatives, where she is in her fourth term and currently holds the position of Minority Leader. She serves on the State Affairs Committee and the Executive Board of the Legislative Research Council. Rep. Healy has served on numerous task forces aimed at improving access to mental health services and is currently a member of the Prison Reset Task Force. Her legislative priorities focus on early education, women’s healthcare, and child advocacy, with a strong commitment to bipartisan collaboration and practical, long-term solutions for South Dakota families.
In addition to her legislative work, Erin is a Philanthropy Officer at the Sanford Health Foundation, where she connects donors with meaningful opportunities to support patients, families, and community health.
At home, Erin and her husband, Brandon, are raising their 1 ½ year old, Arlo, along with her two stepchildren, Harrison and Pearl. She finds joy in balancing public service and family life and striving to make South Dakota a better place for the next generation.
